Yes — our team migrates students, batches, fee plans, dues and history from registers, Excel or your current software. It's free on annual plans, and your trial extends if migration is still in progress.
+Can students pay fees online through Amatya?
Fees are recorded in the panel today — cash, UPI and bank payments are reconciled with exact dues, discounts and late fines, and every payment gets a professional receipt. An online payment gateway is on the roadmap.
+How does per-student pricing work?
You pay only for active students — ₹120 per student per year on Starter (minimum 50 students, so ₹6,000/year). No per-teacher fees, no setup fee, no commissions. The pricing page has a calculator.
