The service

Amatya is a managed, multi-tenant institute-management platform operated by SIDDHI xSYS. Each subscribing institute receives an isolated panel under its own domain or a siddhixsys.com subdomain.

Trials & subscriptions

Trials run 14 days, need no payment method, and may be extended while migration is in progress. Paid subscriptions are billed per active student, annually by default, against a GST invoice. Access continues to the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Your data

The institute owns its data. You can request a full export at any time. We keep nightly backups and isolate every institute in its own database. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach tenant isolation, no abuse of communication features. We may suspend accounts that put other tenants or the platform at risk, with notice where practicable.

Amatya ID — acceptable use

Amatya ID makes ID cards, passes, tickets and membership cards, and gives each one a verification page. Anyone using it agrees to the following, and we enforce it.

• No government-document lookalikes. Do not make anything designed to pass as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving licence, passport, voter ID or any other official document, and do not reproduce a government emblem, seal or artwork on a card.
• Only issue in a name you are entitled to use. The publisher name on a verification page is what a stranger reads. Names that collide with a government body, exam board, police or court, or with an institution you do not represent, are held for review and no card issues until that is resolved.
• The people on your cards are your responsibility. You are the controller of their details; we process them for you. Get consent before putting someone's photo and details on a card — including a parent's consent for a child — and answer their requests to correct or remove those details. Those requests reach you through the verification page, and we keep a record that they were made.
• Do not claim a check we did not do. A verification page states that a card was issued by the account controlling it. It does not state that we have confirmed who that account belongs to, unless we have, and presenting it as more than that is a breach of these terms.

We may freeze a card while a report is examined, remove cards, and stop an account from issuing. Reports alone never remove a card — that would let anyone silence a genuine issuer — but they do trigger a human check. To report a card, use the link on its verification page; for anything else, write to hello@siddhixsys.com.

Cards made without an account carry a small line saying they were made at siddhixsys.com. Removing or obscuring that line is not permitted.

Liability

The service is provided as-is; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Jurisdiction: New Delhi, India.
