Amatya

The first institute on Amatya is our own.

We run a computer-education institute — real students, real fee cycles, real batch schedules, real certificates. For years it ran on the popular apps, a purpose-built IMS and a WordPress patchwork; each fixed one problem and created two. Amatya is the system we built to run it properly, and it has run our institute every single day since — which means every feature you see survived contact with an actual counter, an actual parent, an actual audit of who owes what.

What “dogfooded daily” means here

Admissions

Every enquiry, demo class and enrolment at our centres goes through the same pipeline you would use.

Fees & dues

Every installment, discount and late fine is computed by the panel — the dues screen is how our own mornings start.

Attendance

Students marked batch-wise; staff punch with photo and location. Payroll reads from the same record.

Exams & certificates

Results flow into marksheets; every certificate we issue carries a QR code anyone can verify publicly.

When something annoys our staff, it gets fixed before it ever annoys yours. That is the whole quality model.

Customer stories, the honest way

We publish real quotes from real institutes — named, verifiable, with their permission — as they complete their first fee cycles on Amatya. No stock photos, no invented praise. Onboarding runs in limited slots each month so every setup gets real attention; stories appear here as they are earned.

Running an institute and want to be among them? The trial provisions a real panel in minutes, and we migrate your data.
