Amatya

Franchise management software for coaching networks

Amatya is franchise-native management software for coaching networks: each centre’s data is isolated, each centre gets its own branding and public page on your domain, staff access is role-scoped per centre — and the owner sees enrolments, collections and attendance across every centre from one console.

The problems this actually solves

Every centre is a black box

Cross-centre enrolments, collections and staff attendance are a phone call — or a guess. The owner console answers without calling anyone.

Governance by trust doesn’t scale

Franchisees need full control of their centre and zero visibility into others. Per-centre isolation and role-based access are built into Amatya’s data model, not enforced by discipline.

Brand consistency across the network

Per-centre pages on one domain, per-centre branding within one identity, receipts and certificates that look the same in every city.

Where Amatya fits your day

Common questions

How is a franchise network priced?

Growth covers up to 3 centres at ₹450 per student per year; larger networks get a custom Franchise plan (anchored ≥ ₹1,80,000/year) with unlimited centres, voice-AI lead calling quota and a dedicated account manager. Pricing stays per student.

Can franchisees see each other’s data?

No — isolation is structural. Each centre’s staff see only their centre; only owner-level roles get the cross-centre view.

Can Amatya migrate our existing data?

Yes — our team migrates students, batches, fee plans, dues and history from Excel exports, registers or your current software. Migration is done for you and is free on annual plans.
